Shipping, changes and returns
Shipments
Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination, shipping costs are calculated automatically once the delivery address is provided.
In case you need to make a change in the delivery address once the order has been sent, you must contact us as soon as possible at shop@macsens.es, the change of the delivery address will have an additional cost depending on the destination.
Shipments are usually made in about 48 hours after placing the order, taking into account that we process orders within business days.
Delivery times are:
- From 2 to 5 business days shipping within Spain
- From 4 to 7 business days shipping to countries within the EU
- From 5 to 11 business days international shipments outside the EU
Sometimes, shipments to countries outside the EU may carry additional fees and taxes, in this case, it will be borne by the buyer, in which case these fees will be paid directly to the shipping transport operator.
Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason upon receiving your order you are not completely satisfied with it, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to make your change or return.
In case of making a return, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and original packaging intact. The customer must return any other product associated with his order that had been delivered as part of a promotion or gift.
To request an exchange or return you must follow the following steps:
Send us an email to shop@macsens.es with the subject “Change or return of my product” and tell us your order number and the parts you want to return.
You will receive an email with our information so that you can send the package.
Please place the garments to be returned in the original shipping box and contact the courier company of your choice, we recommend keeping your shipping note until you have received confirmation from us that you have received the product in correct conditions and we confirm the approval of your refund since the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer.
Once the requirements for a return have been verified, a refund will be issued within 7 to 10 working days for the returned items. If an exchange is made, the customer will need to purchase the desired item.
